Support and recovery

Before anything else

Do not delete or move the project folder. Reopen LuminaCut and use File → Open project. Unsaved desktop work is mirrored into the recovery project.

Missing media

Select a missing source in Media and choose Relink. LuminaCut preserves timeline timing, captions, masks, and effects while replacing the source reference.

Export failures

Check the exact message in Deliver. Low storage, unavailable originals, unsupported transparent formats, and missing masks produce separate recovery instructions.

Private diagnostics

Choose Deliver → Export private support bundle. The bundle excludes media contents, paths, filenames, captions, and transcripts.

A public support submission address and system-status feed remain gated until the release account service is deployed.
